All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Work may begin after payment has been received and confirmed.
Most projects are delivered within 48 hours to 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on project complexity and the availability of required content from the client.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, branding materials, and other information required to complete the project.
Reasonable revisions are included within the project scope. Additional requests outside the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
Due to the digital nature of our services, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Once substantial work has been completed, refunds may not be available.
Urooj Holdings LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
